Dear All Deyi NPCC Instructor, Cadets
First and foremost let me extend my greatest praises to our Campcraft boys’ team at a wonderful attempt for the 2008 inaugural Interunit-Campcraft Competition Preliminary rounds @ HTA.
Though I wasn’t there physically with you all, as I was on duty with HQ, my heart was beating very fast the moment I heard the horn. I scrolled my attention to the pit you guys were in and I could see the best put in by each and every one of you. We might not have done up to expectations, but what impressed me the most was your extra-ordinary resilience and discipline.
To be very honest, I was surprised to see that you guys greeted me at the stadium and were at your best bearing. For your information, similar to HO Rebecca, I too heard from my fellow officials on the excellent discipline and bearing that Deyi Npcc had. Part from that, Ms Diana Melissa (OC Fuchun Sec) also had told me about the remarkable discipline standards upheld by our ambassadors.
Like what Joel has said, the process counts more than the end product. We (The Instructors) have seen remarkable changes in terms of aptitude, attitude, passion, commitment and discipline throughout the course of preparation for the competition.
You have given it your best on that day, and that’s what counts most. You have our praises with you.
Onto the Girls team, really wish you guys can do us proud next week. Though I wont be with you guys, my best wishes will always be. I am sure; you girls can do it, embrace confidence and remember Deyi NPCC Cadets will not leave without a good fight!
I would also like to thank the key instructors who have a hand at the competition;CI Joel ,Jia Hao,Alan; INST Kenneth,Xiu Hao. You guys were excellent at training the cadets for the competition and respect your commitment.
The challenge does not stop here. We still have a war to fight.
A war, to the land of GOLD Awards. Let us join our hands to win this war as an unit
Wishing you all the best!
