Training Updates

1) Standard First Aid Course (sec3)

Date: 17 and 18 Nov 08
Attire: PT Kit
Time: 7.30am to 5pm
Instruction: Please make sure you receive your consent form and handed it in to Sgt(NPCC) Alicia.

2) CIP- Old Folk's Home visit

Date: 22 Nov 08 (Sec1 - 3 compulsory)
Attire: to be confirmed
Time: 8am to 12.30pm
Instruction: Please practice your performance again before going for the visit. Squad IC pls take charge. Preparation for CIP please liaise with your CI Kenneth.

3) Unit Workplan Seminar (ONLY for CIs/ HOs)

Date: tentatively the week of 1st to 6th Dec 08

4) CCA Orientation Preparation week (sec1 + sec3 compulsory)

Date: 18, 19, 22 and 23 Dec 08
Attire: PT kit
Time: 7.30am to 5.00pm
Instruction: Please ensure that you had handed in your consent form to your NCOs. For CCA Orientation, you will most probably be dismissed at 12.30pm and you may not need to attend the entire 4 days. Please wait for instructions to be passed down.

5) Junior NCO Modular Course 08 (Sec2s)

Date: 18, 19, 22 and 23 Dec 08
Attire: Full Uniform and PT kit
Time: 7.30am to 5.00pm
Instruction: Please revise your hardskills during your mentoring course because you will be tested on your hardskills during your modular course by your CIs.

6) Senior NCO Modular Course 08 (Sec3s)

Date: 22 and 23 Dec 08
Attire: Full Uniform and Pt Kit
Time: 7.30am to 5.00pm
Instruction: Please revise ALL your basic drills and read through your handouts on Parades Planning given to you during your Junior NCO course. You will be required to hand in a Parade Proposal on the first day of your course and the proposal will be executed during weekly trainings. Copy of the proposal will be handed over to your Training Head. Please retrieve it from her as a reference guide. You will receive your 1st Class Drill badge after executing your parade.
