Overseas KL Trip Final Instructions

Dear All cadets who are going for overseas trip, pls take special note of the instructions:

1) Passport - Cadets who have not surrendered your passport please do so latest Friday 18 June 10 as we need to photocopy your passport.

2) Overseas Declaration Form - All cadets should submit your overseas declaration form latest by 18 June 10 to NPCC Room.

3) Ezlink Card - All cadets are to bring along their Ezlink card as a form of identification. Please keep your NRIC at home.

4) Contact Card - We have prepared for all cadets an emergency contact card and will be issued to you on the 1st day. Please carry this contact card at all times.

5) Thermometer - All cadets are to bring along your personal thermometer. Compulsory item.

6) Water Bottle - All cadets are to bring along a 1.5litre water bottle filled with water.

7) Small bagpack - All cadets are to bring along a small bagpack for easy keeping of valuables and personal belongings. No valuables are to be kept in the hotel room.

8) Attire - 1st Day PT Kit PE Tshirt, 2nd Day Morning Home clothes with covered shoes, 2nd Day Afternn Crest Tshirt with Longs and covered shoes, 3rd Day Home clothes with covered shoes.

9) Reporting time and venue - 6.00am sharp for attendance and administration @ Deyi Main Gate. Bus will depart at 6.30am.

10) Games and Performance - Please prepare your own logistics and equipment required for your Games and Performance at the children's home.

11) Cash - Please bring sufficient.

12) Kit List - Please use the Kit List issued to you as the guidelines on what to bring.

13) Groupings and Roomlist - We will issue your groupings and room mates on the 1st day.

14) Medication - Please surrender your medication to your group Officer.
