The Sec2 cadets have completed their core syllabuses with the completion of their 2nd class drills Test. As such, the Sec2 cadets will be moving on to the next stage of the NPCC training and that is leadership.

The cadets will undergo a Cadet Leader's Training Course and Camp conducted by our CIs. Upon completion and passing all the requirements, they will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant and offically passed out of the course as Cadet Leaders. These are our future leaders and the Unit's standard and future greatly depends on the responsibilities of these Cadets.

Thus training is tough and strict discipline is enforced.

The Sec2s cadets have undergone the Cadet Leader's Training Course briefing on the 21st Aug 2010 and the Course has officially started. For this batch of cadets, they will undergo 11-half days Modular Course and a 3-days-2-nights Camp at the completion of the course.

Both the Course and Camps are customised to suits to each batch of future leader's training with a standard training framework. We aim to train our future leaders to be discipline, responsible and takes their initiatives.

Thus, we hereby announce that the Sec2 Cadets are officated as Cadet Leader Trainees and we demand high expectations and standards from the trainees.
