On the 31st July 10, Deyi Sec Sch NPCC Unit held a Promotion Parade in the morning to give out the ranks to the deserving cadets in the Unit who have consistently put in the effort and been regular in their attendance.

The ranks promoted to were Lance Corporal, Corporal and Staff Sergeant. For promotion to Lance Corporal and Corporal, it was based on promotion criteria under our Unit's SOP while Staff Sergeant promotion is based on promotion criteria and recommendation from the Unit's Instructors and all promotion will only be endorsed under approval from our OC Unit.

Please check with your CIs/ CLs for the promotion criteria.

This morning, we are proud to announce the promotion:

Promotion to Lance Corporal: 22 out of 24 Sec1s (including 1 under probation)

Promotion to Corporal: 16 out of 16 Sec2s (including 2 under probation)

Promotion to Staff Sergeant:
1) SGT (NPCC) Muhammad Solihin B Omar (Probation)
2) SGT (NPCC) Cecilia Soh Shi Hui
3) SGT (NPCC) Lee Jun Yi Leon
4) SGT (NPCC) Koh Boon Xiang (Probation)
5) SGT (NPCC) Crystal Lee Boon Ni (Probation)

There are also 9 Sergeants from Sec3s whose Promotion to Staff Sergeant will be reviewed again at the end of the year.
