NCPC Photo Contest - Crime Prevention Starts With You
Rules & Regulations1.Every contestant is allow to submit ONE (1) entry. So choose your best photo with caption for submission!
2.You do not need to be really good at photography to take part in the contest. :D
3.No offensive photos or content are to be uploaded. Immediate disqualification will be impose and there goes your shot at winning the contest.
4.The photo with the most 'LIKE' by the closing date will walk away with the Nikon D3100. In the event that there is a tie, NCPC panel of judges will decide the winner of the contest.
5.NCPC Managment's decision is final. No correspondence will be entertain.
6.Winner will be notify through Facebook private messaging.
7.Prizes cannot be substituted or transferred. All prizes not collected after 31st March 2011 will be deemed as forfeited at the discretion of the contest organiser.
8.For the collection of prizes, winners must present their NRIC/Passport as proof. If the name used to register for the contest differs from the name on the NRIC/Passport, supporting documents must be provided.
9.If the person collecting the prize is not the prize winner, a letter from the winner authorising the former to collect the prize on his/her behalf must be presented at the time of the collection.
Eligibility1.All Singapore citizens, permanent residents and Work Pass holders who reside in and who are physically located in Singapore are eligible to enter the contest.
2.The National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) reserves the right to change the contest duration. Announcement of such change will be announced on the website.
3.Personnel of NCPC and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the contest.
4.The NCPC assumes no responsibility for computer-based, online or technical malfunctions that may occur.
5.Entries will be declared as being made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorised account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organisations (e.g. businesses, educational institutions etc) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
